Happy Spring!

Please plan to attend our Spring HOA meeting Tuesday, May 14 at 7:00 pm at the common area turn around (near 4410 N 3150 E). Bring a chair to sit in.

This year our spring dumpster will be delivered April 29th at the same location as last year (near 4410 N 3150 E) and will be there for two weeks or until we fill up two dumpsters, whichever comes first. The first week/first dumpster is reserved for green waste only then the second week or second dumpster - if we fill up the first one before the week is through - will be for household items. Please remember to not throw hazardous items in the dumpster such as oil or paint, asbestos, car batteries, medical waste, etc.

A few lot owners haven't paid their annual HOA dues yet. Please get those paid.

We hope you have been enjoying the HOA Website. As you may have noticed, we try to swap out the banner picture throughout the year. We like to get a representation of the valley with the changing of seasons. We would like to open this up to you, as members of the HOA, to contribute to the website.

If you have pictures you would like to contribute, or would like to go take some new pictures, now is your chance!

Photos will be randomly swapped out during the year depending on how many submissions there are. You may contribute photos throughout the year in order to get the most recent seasonal photos!
