BAILEY ACRES OWNERS ASSOCIATION
A NON-PROFIT CORPORATION OF THE STAE OF UTAH
Pursuant to the provisions of the Utah Non-Profit Corporation Act, the Board of Trustees of the Bailey Acres Owners Association hereby adopts the following By-Laws of the Bailey Acres Owners Association.

Article 4 - Board of Trustees
